How can I get to East Midlands airport?
By Car
East Midlands Airport is in the centre of the country, surrounded
by the cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester and within easy
reach of Sheffield, Stoke on Trent and Tamworth. The Airport is
easily accessible from all parts of the UK, either by road or by
public transport.
From London - Take the M1 northbound, continue along the M1 and
come off at J23A then follow road signs to the Airport.
Manchester - Take the M62 or M56 westbound joining the M6 southbound,
continue south coming off at J15 onto the new A50 link (dual carriageway)
southbound. Continue south on the A50 until the interchange at J24,
M1. From there folow road signs to the Airport.
By Taxi
Taxis operated by Link Cars, are available from the Taxi
Office, outside the Arrivals Area, 24 hours a day.

By Train
The railway stations of Loughborough, Long Eaton, Nottingham
and Derby are all located just a short bus or taxi ride from EMA.
These are all served by the main InterCity trains which are operated
by Midland Mainline and Central Trains.
By Coach
Flightlink operates regular services to and from East Midlands
Airport from Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Luton, Heathrow
and Gatwick.
