Arrive at Airparks Services (East Midlands Parking), using the directions given to you on the confirmation voucher via email. Park your car outside the main reception building.
You then hand in your East Midlands Parking confirmation voucher and give your Car Reg, Make, Model, Colour and RETURN flight number & UK landing time. East Midlands
Parking will then park your car for you and transfer you to East Midlands Airport.
When you arrive back from your holiday then simply call East Midlands Parking using the courtesy telephone at East Midlands Airport, a transfer bus will then collect you
and transfer you back to East Midlands Parking where your car will ready for your return.
Is it necessary to prebook?

can guarantee your parking space or hotel room when airports are busy.
How far in advance should I book?
It is advisable to book as far ahead as possible to avoid disappointment.
How frequently do the transfer buses
run?
Most car park transfer services run 24 hours a day, generally
they run between every 5 and 20 minutes. However we advise you to
still give yourself plenty on time before check in deadlines.
What should I do when I get to the car
park?
All of our secure car parks have a similar procedure, but for
the exact details please refer to the brochure accompanying your
confirmation voucher.
What special facilities exist for disabled
passengers?
Most car parks have special arrangements for the lesser-abled
passengers.
Do we pay when we book?
123 East Midlands Airport Parking in conjunction with Holiday Extras provide an easy to use online credit card booking
service.
To how much discount am I entitled?
We have negotiated many levels of discounts to ensure you receive the keenest price possible for the highest quality
of service available. The result is that your level of discount will vary, and will depend primarily on the car park chosen,
the length of your stay and the time of year.

Is the car park secure and insured/who
is liable for any damage?
The majority of the car parks used by us are secure with the
majority manned 24 hours a day or being equipped with CCTV.
Why am I being charged for 8 (or 15)
days when I am only going away for 7 (or 14)?
Parking is charged per day or part thereof, as opposed to per
24 hours. This means, for example, that Saturday to Saturday is
a total of 8 days charge.
